The oil is infused with a dozen spices and aromatics as well as two types of ground chilis and freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns.
Delicately pickled local cremini mushrooms with local thyme and bay leaf are truly luxurious. We pickle just hours after the mushrooms are harvested to insure a perfectly toothsome bit every time.
