We are located in the fertile region of Pennsylvania that's nationally know as the mushroom capitol. So it only makes sense we would pickle the best. All of our baby cremini mushrooms are sourced from local farmers and delicately pickled in a brine of herbs and spices within days of harvest to preserve their signature toothsome bite.
