Special Crisp Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise (full fat)
  • 2 Tbsp Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Pint Pickles, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Add all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk together until evenly combined and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Use immediately, refrigerating any leftovers in a sealed container.


- Use the best quality mayonnaise you can get your hands on. Kewpie is what we use & prefer.

- You can use either red or yellow onions

- We used Cholula Chilli Garlic hot sauce

- If you don't have Pint Pickles, you can substitute Grand Dill
