  • Prep Time: 5 mins

  • 1 jar Pickled Beets
  • 6 eggs , boiled & peeled

  1. Remove all beet chips from the jar of Pickled Beets.
  2. Pour out half of the brine, reserving for use later.
  3. Place as many eggs in the jar of brine as can fit snuggly but making sure not to break the eggs with too much pressure.
  4. Return reserved brine to the jar making sure all eggs are covered.
  5. Cap and place in refrigerator to marinade for 24 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

* You can play around with the marinating time, checking every 6-12 hours. The longer you leave the beets in the brine the deeper the color and flavor will permeate.
