  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Grand Dill Pickle chips, drained
  • ⅓ cup Vadalia Onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Milld Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (full fat)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley

  1. Add pickles, onions & parsley to a food processor. Pulse chop until everything is finely minced.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients pulsing until thoroughly combined and mixture starts to come away from the sides (making a ball).
  3. Remove from the food processor, place on open sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into a ball & cover tightly with the plastic wrap.
  4. Chill in frig for 4-6 hours before serving alongside your favorite crackers.

* Try substituting our Dilly Beans for a spicy kick.

** If you like your cheese ball to have more texture: ease up on the chopping in the food processor.

*** Experiment with fresh herbs, almost all of them work!
