  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Grand Dill Pickles chips, drained
  • ⅓ cup Vadalia Onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (full fat)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley

  1. Add Pickles, Onions & Parsley to a food processor and pulse chop until everything is finely minced.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients pulsing until thoroughly combined and mixture starts to come away from the sides (making a ball).
  3. Remove to a sheet of plastic wrap, shape into a ball & cover with wrap.
  4. Chill in the frig for 4-6 hours before serving alongside your favorite crakers.

* If you like your cheese ball with more texture: ease up on the chopping in the food processor.

* Experiment with fresh herbs, almost all of them work!
